''He's the one who brought the two seas together, one is sweet and fresh and the other is salty and bitter, and He placed between them a barrier and prohibited them from mixing'' Al-Furqan 25:53

''He released the two seas meeting side by side, between them is a barrier, no one mixes with the other'' Al-Rahman 55:19-20

''Who's the one who made the earth a stable ground and placed within it rivers and made for it fixed mountains and placed between the two seas a barrier? Is there a God with Allah? No, but most of them don't know'' Al-Naml 27:61

All the above verses point to a natural occurrence that can be observed in our seas. When purely fresh water meets with very salty sea water, the difference in their density prohibits them from mixing, and thus creating a 'barrier' between.

This fact was only known to mankind through modern physics but Allah the Almighty told this to us more than 1400 years ago. How can there be a creator other than Allah when the proof of His oneness is all over our planet?

Allah's our only Sustainer and Provider, He shows us His signs to turn back to Him, to ponder over His divine book and engage in His remembrance in our everyday life. So lets remember Him whenever we see such signs around us.
